The offer form

Sending the form is a request for an offer, not a sale. Nothing is agreed until you accept an offer and the car is collected. Please give accurate details about the car, its condition and its paperwork; offers depend on them.

Ownership

Only offer a car you own or have the right to sell. At pickup we'll ask for the title, or for the other paper Indiana accepts for a junk car sale, which we confirm on the call.
